Every child deserves to share in the spirit of the holiday season!
You can be the embodiment of that spirit by supporting our Holiday project.
This time of year is especially hard on our teens – they are away from family and friends, missing family traditions, and wondering if they are remembered or really matter to anyone. To combat these feelings, New Foundations pulls out the stops by decorating the building and each pod (complete with trees to trim), working with Spero Financial and the Prickly Fingers Quilt Guild to provide stockings stuffed to the brim, a holiday party that their kin may be able to attend with them, and special meals for the holiday days.
We also have a Community Santas that sponsor each child in our care – YOU!
If you have played Kris Kringle for us in the past, you know how rewarding it can be to fulfill a wish list for an adolescent who would go without this year (and probably has gone without in previous years). It is simple to do:
Email Bethany and request a wish list with the items and needs of a youth. (You may request as many as you would like to fulfill. We suggest a spend of approx. $250/child.)
Shop the list.
Bring or send unwrapped gifts to us.
We will wrap them and give them to the kids Christmas morning.
If you are not the shopping type, you have the option to send a financial gift to support a youth’s Christmas and year-round activities.

$250 purchases gifts on a teen’s wish list.
$350 covers field trips and activities after the holiday season, into spring!
$500 lasts all year long for a troubled teen’s needs and milestone gifts.
